We need your help!
If you can,
please help support the Charity for the future
St. John's is very fortunate in having been endowed over the centuries by previous benefactors. Those gifts have allowed the modern charity to expand its range of housing and to develop nursing care for needy older people in Winchester. Most of the significant gifts to the Charity date back some time in the past. Given the growing cost of providing such a wide range of support, the Charity needs now to encourage a new era of giving, so that the work of many centuries can continue for the future.

Donations are always welcome and the Charity's Accountant is happy to discuss tax efficient ways of giving under Gift Aid. This can include the Inland Revenue scheme for those completing a self assessment tax return, under which any tax repayment can be donated to St John's as a nominated Charity.
If you have an interest in a particular area of our work, and want to support us by helping in the purchase of specific equipment then we can always discuss what our current needs are.
You could also help the work of the Charity by leaving a legacy in your Will. This would really make a difference to our future, so if you feel able to do so, please do consider it. The Director can advise on how to do this.
